It also needs to be a time to actually talk to that person and get to know them a bit more. For that reason, something like a movie doesn't really fit the bill. Although sitting in a coffee shop gives you a great chance to talk, it can also be pretty stressful - who likes to sit and stare at someone? I love the sun and love to travel.... let's talk about where we've been and what's out there to see!For me, to grab a cup of coffee on a Saturday morning and then wander through the Farmer's Market or down Whyte would be a great first date. There are always things to see and talk about and it allows you to "do something" without actually "doing something". Make sense...?Let me know if you'd like to join me at the market. :-)

Looking for: man. In age: 41-51
I am the perfect blend of Mary Anne and Ginger! I am looking for the James Bond/Country Boy type, a man with great manners who looks great in a suit or a pair of jeans.Yes, I can bake a pie from scratch, I do it rarely, but I can crust to filling, and yes I can put on heels, a killer outfit and knock your socks off... Enticed? I am smart and learning; funny and serious; charming and vulnerable; confident and self effacing; strong and tender; and many more interesting combinations. But mostly I am happy, honest, open, thoughtful, funny, and a good communicator.I'm all about self improvement, because I like to challenge myself to be better. Have you ever done a 30 Day Challenge, read The Four Agreements, read The 5 Love Languages, tried Yoga, laughed so hard you cried, looked at life's challenges as lessons, quit and started over more determined 5 minutes later, and found real humour in some trying times? I love to learn something and pass it on, that is who I am! I love to see all of the people in my life succeed and be a part of it. *** www.my30dc.comI am looking for an active, passionate, caring man who is naturally affectionate, loves the outdoors, has good manners, and likes to dance. I prefer a good communicator, who is positive and even tempered and knows life is about growing. I love a man with a high emotional IQ, (yes they are out there) who values a strong woman. I appreciate a man who knows the benefit of a well placed joke in a tense moment, a man who laughs easily, not to bring someone down, but to share the funny side of life. A good cook is always appreciated as there is nothing like sharing delicious food, right? Please note that I eat and live as healthfully as possible (while including good dark chocolate), and that exercise is a regular part of my life so I am looking for the same. My mother is 86 and goes to an outdoor gym ***days a year! Talk about good stock, I've got a lot to live up to! Oh, I rarely drink, so if this is your lifestyle, it is not mine.PS. My son is 22 and living at home while going to school, so my life is once again my own... Yippie! It's summer! Something outside would be great! A cup of something and then a walk or kayaking would be fantastic.
