I have been single for two years and am looking to find Mr. right. I enjoy being artsy, and often refer to myself as a dabbler in that area. Painting, drawing, creating things with my own two hands are things that i would consider hobbies. I enjoy the outdoors but hate winter. i am easy going and even tempered. I have a great sense of humor and enjoy someone that can make me laugh. I can be very witty. I love to be social and enjoy meeting new people but also am comfortable with my own company. I work 12 hour shifts full time so my work days are usually just work. At present i live in the north but am looking to make a move, just havent decided where. My children are grown, except for my youngest and she is away at school I love music of all kinds but my favorite would be rock and roll, i like dancing and having fun times. Life is too short. my first date would consist of meeting for a coffee

It also needs to be a time to actually talk to that person and get to know them a bit more. For that reason, something like a movie doesn't really fit the bill. Although sitting in a coffee shop gives you a great chance to talk, it can also be pretty stressful - who likes to sit and stare at someone? I love the sun and love to travel.... let's talk about where we've been and what's out there to see!For me, to grab a cup of coffee on a Saturday morning and then wander through the Farmer's Market or down Whyte would be a great first date. There are always things to see and talk about and it allows you to "do something" without actually "doing something". Make sense...?Let me know if you'd like to join me at the market. :-)
