I once took a writing class in which they pointed out the most powerful English words have one syllable: love, hate, life, death, home, greed, trust, war, peace. I always thought that was very cool. I have a great passion for people I care about and things I love (music, travel, the outdoors, art, etc). I've often been described as playful and fun, yet I also enjoy silence and seriousness - there's a time and place for everything. I've been called a good friend and I have many friends across the country that I have been in touch with for years. I like to laugh, and even like to cry - it reminds me I'm alive.
