Wow... This is not easy! Like my headline says, I'm looking for my best friend. Life can get lonely and I want to share it with someone. I'm pretty easy going, I hate confrontation. I'm a lover not a fighter, but I will fight with all that I have for my love. I'm a girly girl... but can hold my own. I don't have a problem with asking a man for help nor do I get upset if I have to do it myself. Romance is awesome.. Candle lit dinners, flowers, notes hidden in my purse, morning texts, and encouraging words makes me weak in the knees. Its all about who you are with! I give to a relationship as much as I get, I believe a relationship is a work in progress, it's usually not perfect but neither am I. I will always give my best fight. What was it that Whitesnake said...."Here I go again on my own ;)" (There's an 80's reference in case you didn't catch it ***of my favorite songs from that era) So here's me in a nutshell. I'm a nut! ha ha. I have old fashioned values while living a modern lifestyle. I'm independent and have been for awhile, I work full time, own my own home and car and take care of my bills, but I love a man stepping up and being a man. Is it too much to ask for a man to be a gentleman anymore. Would love to see if there are any left out there. This is your challenge, should you choose to accept it. Make a move and I'm flattered, plan the date and I'm giddy, go in for the first kiss when the feeling is there and "HELLO".....Love It!!I'm goofy in that I love dressing up at the Renaissance Festival, will NEVER miss a halloween to dress up for and love being fun, creative and enjoying life. Take me dancing and you found a weakness of mine, skiing is right around the corner (I already have a pass, just need someone to go with) and who doesn't love snuggling up on the couch with a movie and some kettle corn popcorn with peanut M & Ms poured right in. Love going with my 86 yr old neighbor to play poker. I love going to Thrift Shops (yep..with $20 in my pocket) and see what I can find. I do try to have fun no matter what I'm doing really.I think some of you are taking this "Online" dating too seriously. Do any of you actually want to go outside and have an "In Person" Date. ha ha.. I'm pretty set on messaging, texting, meeting. If all I wanted was to chat on the computer or texting, I'd join the prisoner pen-pal program. Let's meet.
