I have never done this before. I am separated and just looking to see what is out there. Just a new chapter in my book. I am very open minded and love to do lots of things. Can't take the county out of a country girl.

Single mom of a 17 yr old senior, he is off doing his own thing so I thought I would give this site a try. I love being outdoors in warm weather, from hiking, bike trails, parks, beaches, or relaxing on patio. In colder months I enjoy baking, reading/board games, movies and a nice fire. I also love the country, enjoy getting dressed up, but don't mind getting my hands dirty.I am involved in my church and help out when ever I can. I am looking for a man that enjoys being around family/friends,attending church, going to fairs, movies, theaters, but also enjoys grabbing a pizza & a movie at home. Someone that is looking to get to know each other through dating and hopefully settle down. There is so much more so just ask. I am not looking for a younger man or a long distance relationship, and if I do not respond that means I feel we don't have enough in common. God Bless on this site!Dont settle for the one you can live withSettle for the one you cant live without First date should be a cup of coffee or drink something simple and then if there is a spark go from there

Looking for: man. In age: 39-49
I want a simple life with simple things; the things that are important. I believe in always doing the right thing and always being honest. I may seem old fashioned. Maybe because I don't have any tattoos, or because I actually want to speak on the phone and not just text indefinitely. AND I have never been arrested!! Lol. I’ve been told my “type” is strong-willed and independent. I suppose I am, but I believe in compromise and am usually the first one to bend for someone I care about; family, friends, or significant other. I very much want to find my one and only, always and forever. I want a man in my life for the right reasons. I don’t need someone to take care of me financially or otherwise, but I am tired of being Miss Independent. I want a best friend and partner in life with a soft shoulder and a compassionate heart. I need a strong confident man who will treat me like a lady. I describe myself as stable, rational, caring and extremely loyal. I have zero drama in my life. I have my flaws, and as we get acquainted I have NO problem disclosing them. We deserve to know the truth about each other. I have a good job and I'm very good at what I do. I don't have a lot of accomplishments to list, but I wouldn't trade my gift of common sense for anything. I have been divorced 6 yrs after 16 yrs of marriage. I'm not damaged or carrying emotional baggage. I may actually propose to the first man I meet that I can get through more than one date or phone conversation without hearing the words "my ex". Don’t know why, but it really turns me off. Guess I’m selfish and want it to be about “us” and not our pasts. One thing is for sure, I am a home body. But I can easily be persuaded to get out. I can have fun doing any activity if it is with someone I enjoy. I like being outdoors, especially at a pool or lake in the summer. I love watching football in the fall. I love horses, but never have a chance to be around them. Mostly my girly side will show. I like my fingernails and toenails to be painted at all times. MEETING: I believe the first "meeting" IS a meeting and I should pay for my own dinner, drinks, whatever. It’s not fair to men to meet women and pay every time when things may go no further. There are women out there with questionable intentions, but I’m not one of them. It won’t offend me if you insist on paying, I just don’t expect it. If we begin dating I have no problem letting you pay, but I wouldn't expect it all the time.
