I think its beautiful and fun for awhile, but back inside by the fire for me! :) I like adventure. Hiking in the woods, along the river or in the mountains. I am very curious. I want to know how, when, why and what. So, in other words, thinking outside the box is a must. There is never one way to solve any problem! Not too big into BIG rollar coasters either. Disneyland is more of my kind of ride selection. I played softball, basketball and track. Not into actually playing anymore but i can put up a good fight at a game of HORSE! I am a very clean person as well. Yes, I don't do dishes in the sink, that is what a dish washer is for and when its bed time, all toys put away and house straightened up. Sorry. My mom was one too, and well, I helped her pick up after 4 males ( not fun! ) So pick up after yourself! :) Anyways, thats about it until you get to know me I suppose. xoxo up for just about anything exciting!

I'm not a big top 40 fan, or a big fan of country or rap/r&b. There are some exceptions to every rule.I read mostly sci-fi and fantasy, although generally unknown female writers. I like yoga long walks in beautiful places. I dislike most sports, and am not into extreme activities of any kind --you go right ahead.I am looking for someone who likes to laugh and joke; quick witted and comfortable in their own skin. Someone is comfortable hanging out at home and cooking and watching movies, with occasional trips out during the week. A true unappreciated geek who is looking for a quasi-hip (in her own mind because she has a piercing and a tattoo) girl who is independent and will tell you exactly what she thinks.I dislike people who do not follow through, or tell you what they think you want to hear, *** being honest. Lay it on me, I can take it. I can't promise you will like my answer but life is too short to not say what is on your mind. Coffee or a happy hour drink is more than fine. We should generally know within a half hour to 45 minutes whether we like each other or not. The second date is better for a casual dinner. NO MOVIES. I can think of nothing less exciting than spending a lot of money to sit in a dark enclosed space with someone I don't know, and can't talk with to get to know. ;)

My special skill is choosing the longest possible line in any situation. If we are at Costco, I guarantee you I will manage to be behind the person purchasing provisions for the apocalypse when they realize their card expired last month and a manager needs to be called over. The upside? Lots of people watching while we stand in line together!When I'm not standing in long lines, I enjoy my work, raise my children, hang out with friends, spend time outside, and generally enjoy life. I prioritize spending time with my friends and family, but also enjoy quiet time. The most important things to me in a relationship are mutual respect, shared values, laughing a lot, passion, and the ability to feel completely at ease with one another.I'm in a busy but somewhat flexible stage of my life right now as I work from home for the most part. This works well for a number of reasons, but socializing is not among them, so here I am!I'm somewhat private, but a bit of an extrovert at the same time. I'm generally positive and see life through a "glass half-full" lens. I'm athletic in the sense that I exercise pretty much everyday, but I'm not super intense about it. Most of the time this means 30 minutes on the elliptical in my garage! I enjoy hiking, but do not like camping :) A weekend trip with a lot of physical activity and a nice hotel at the end of the day? Sign me up!
