About Me

Friends first, of course.... you can't meet someone and just jump in over your head (most times anyway) without disaster. But in the long run: I am looking for someone (this is always so hard bc it sounds so lame) to be my friend, to be silly with me, to share secrets, to go for a walk on the beach. I would like someone to walk my pups with me, and exercise. I really want to find someone who is looking for a relationship and NOT A FLING. NO GAMES PLEASE!! I do not have enough left in me for games or being played. If you don't think you are ready for a relationship, please do not let me be your test subject... Really. I need a man- a real man- who is going to be honest. Honesty is a very big deal to me... I am pretty easy-going, and I love kids, animals. If you do not like animals but "tolerate" them, please do not message me- tolerance only lasts for so long. I love going to the beach to look for shells and shark teeth and to build my version of castles.... Simple things.I would like to try to find someone who is the same way. I don't watch a lot of tv, but LOVE the new show the Following. I love to read, and I love a challenge. Indoor activity or out depending on the weather. I am not into having the biggest and newest of everything, not really materialistic. I prefer to stay in and cook together to going out to eat....but from time to time going out can be fun. My son is in Sea Cadets and I am going to be a recruiter, I have to be able to pass all of the requirements the cadets have to pass (omg really?? Lol) added bonus to the one who not only likes to run, but is willing to run with me to help me learn and encourage me along the way. Insanity I can do...running not so much. I haven't figured that out yet, lol...I see a lot of guys post in their profile about meeting a "real" woman. I am very loyal, and I am also very caring. I have a big heart, I would (and do) do anything for my friends, and sometimes I go above and beyond for strangers- and most animals. If I decide to let you in, you will see I firsthand. I am not a real girlie-girl, I would rather wear jeans and sneakers or flip flops, and my hair in a messy ponytail than have to put on make up and fix up fancy. If that is not real please let me know what is? Haha...I can fix up nice when the occasion calls for it.PS- I have a car, I have a home, I have a job, and I have supported my child and myself for years so I am not looking for someone to give me a "free ride" or "meal ticket" as I see in a lot of profiles, from guys who have been burned by that kind of chic. If you might be interested, ***, let's just see what happens....unless you're a player, then please go find someone else for your prey... I am really open for a first date. I like movies, for a good discussion after. Sporting event, not so much a club or bar, I am not big on drinking. A stop at the beach to see if we can find a spark between us, or just some sharks' teeth, lol...
