So what can I tell you about myself? I guess the first thing that I should tell you is that I have one daughter. She is what I am most grateful for in life. I try to be the best mother and role model that I can be for her. But there is a lot more to me than just being a good mom.I have worked in law enforcement for the last 15 years, so I can be tough when I need to, but most of the time I am pretty nice. I am "the glass is half full" type of person. I always try to see the positive side of things. I'm a good listener and I try to do whatever I can to help the people that I care about.I like the simple things in life. I enjoy going to the movies or out to dinner. I am a social drinker but I can be perfectly happy not drinking at all. I'm mainly a jeans and blouse type of girl, but it is nice to get dressed up once in awhile for a nice night out. I'm hoping to meet someone who enjoys some of the same things that I enjoy. I'm hoping to meet someone who can add new experiences to my life and who I can add new experiences to theirs. I do believe in love, but I don't believe it is something that you find overnight. I know that a solid relationship takes time to grow and that it is not always easy. I'm willing to put in the effort when I meet that special someone.

I am a single parent, one child. He is the single most important thing in my life. I am loyal, caring, honest (sometimes brutally), and funny. That being said, I'm not all serious, all the time. I love to laugh and be silly and playful. I expect lots of affection, and give the same. I like to let my hair down, wear flip flops, have my toes in the grass, drive around with the windows down/radio up, not stress the everyday stuff...bc we ALL have it. Commercials sometimes make me cry. Not the sad, dogs-need-a-home ones. The sweet or silly touching ones. I'm tough when I need to be (which is most of the time), but I'm tender and genuine. Somewhere we can enjoy each other's company (without pressure) and get to know each other. But don't expect to send a msg and meet me the next day. I'm worth the wait.
