I'm a very energetic girl who lives life to its fullest with no regrets and I'm looking for that very special someone who I can share the next chapter in my life with. I’ve always have taken good care of myself nutritionally and physically so taking care of yourself is important to me. I have a Jr. Black Belt in Tae kwon Do and I train three times a week at a MMA gym to keep me mentally and physically strong. I’m not looking for someone who lives in a gym but doesn't shy away from it either, you don’t necessarily have to have a six pack to impress me but please don’t have the wrong kind of six pack. Kindness and personality is a big turn on for me just as self indulgence is a big turn off. I like someone who can make me feel secure (yes I can take care of myself but I'm still a woman), someone who isn't afraid of getting their hands dirty, doesn’ I have an incredible family which I'm very close to. My oldest brother has been a personal trainer for over 20 years, my second oldest brother is a detective and teaches self defense, and my twin brother like me is a nutritionist.     I've been on and off this site since ***now. Way too long! :) Now, the joy of writing a new profile. The basics are simple. I am a single mother of a teenager. That should be enough to scare most of you off ;) I was married for over 13 years and have been divorced for 5. I am looking for a patient, kind man, Someone who can carry on an intelligent conversation. It seems so simple in theory, but somehow is not easy to find. Did I mention Patience? ;-) I love adventure. I love the exotic. When I was 19, I traveled to the Amazon to live with the Indians. When I know what I want, I make it happen. On the flip side, I am a very deep, sensitive person. I have delt with pain deeper than most know, but take advantage of what it has taught me and strive to give back all I can. I have a college degree, but am kind of in a retirement phase right now. I spend my days reading and walking on the beach. I have one daughter who is finishing up her schooling with her grandparents across the state. I miss her much but see her often. I am just grateful for the opportunities she has been given. I love to volunteer all I can. But I do miss learning on a higher level and plan on returning to school sometime within the next year to get my Psych degree. I am a bit shy, but opinionated as well. I am "What you see is what you get". I would love to travel in the future-- My Christian Faith is very important to me and I have learned that it is essential that I be able to share that part of my life with my partner. Also, and this is very important--I DO NOT DATE SMOKERS. IF YOU ARE IN THE PROCESS OF QUITTING, YOU ARE STILL A SMOKER. I AM ALLERGIC TO SMOKE, IT IS NOTHING PERSONAL. Obviously this has been a problem in the past... I have probably left you with more questions than answers, but I am an open book, so question away! P.S. I am always asked why I don't drink. It is not a religious thing. I don't like the taste or how it makes me feel. That is all. And P.S.S What is the deal with so many of you holding up dead fish in your pics????? :) I love simple things. A fabulous thought out date that costs no money is ideal:) I love miniture golf too. And, I always love being treated like a lady.

    Hi, and thank you for stopping! I enjoy running, biking and just being active. I am currently transitioning careers from banking to Occupational Therapy and am very excited to be starting a career in healthcare.I also enjoy going trying out new restaurants.
