I've been on and off this site since ***now. Way too long! :) Now, the joy of writing a new profile. The basics are simple. I am a single mother of a teenager. That should be enough to scare most of you off ;) I was married for over 13 years and have been divorced for 5. I am looking for a patient, kind man, Someone who can carry on an intelligent conversation. It seems so simple in theory, but somehow is not easy to find. Did I mention Patience? ;-) I love adventure. I love the exotic. When I was 19, I traveled to the Amazon to live with the Indians. When I know what I want, I make it happen. On the flip side, I am a very deep, sensitive person. I have delt with pain deeper than most know, but take advantage of what it has taught me and strive to give back all I can. I have a college degree, but am kind of in a retirement phase right now. I spend my days reading and walking on the beach. I have one daughter who is finishing up her schooling with her grandparents across the state. I miss her much but see her often. I am just grateful for the opportunities she has been given. I love to volunteer all I can. But I do miss learning on a higher level and plan on returning to school sometime within the next year to get my Psych degree. I am a bit shy, but opinionated as well. I am "What you see is what you get". I would love to travel in the future-- My Christian Faith is very important to me and I have learned that it is essential that I be able to share that part of my life with my partner. Also, and this is very important--I DO NOT DATE SMOKERS. IF YOU ARE IN THE PROCESS OF QUITTING, YOU ARE STILL A SMOKER. I AM ALLERGIC TO SMOKE, IT IS NOTHING PERSONAL. Obviously this has been a problem in the past... I have probably left you with more questions than answers, but I am an open book, so question away! P.S. I am always asked why I don't drink. It is not a religious thing. I don't like the taste or how it makes me feel. That is all. And P.S.S What is the deal with so many of you holding up dead fish in your pics????? :) I love simple things. A fabulous thought out date that costs no money is ideal:) I love miniture golf too. And, I always love being treated like a lady.

Lil Italian,Irish,and German American!! I'm 4'11. Yes,really! Curvy but not skin and bones! I have 10 tatts. Working on a full sleeve at the moment. I'm a preschool teacher and I love it. At times, I feel like a big kid but don't worry I'm very responsible. I know when to be serious when the time is right. I am very sociable, fun, outgoing, funny, sincere, sarcastic, caring, genuine, and honest. I can be shy at times but that comes and goes quick.I love to cook and listen to music. I am mostly in a good mood all the time. Not religious but I do have my morals and try to live up to them. Life is too short to sweat over small stuff. I have been through a lot in life. I lived and learned. My mistakes, I don't regret for those experiences made me who I am today. I love who I am! Presently, I take most things lightly and make decisions wisely!I'm looking for someone who is like me (example...outgoing,fun,honest...) and who shares at least some of the same interests. Who's is down to earth, well rounded who enjoys to have a good time doing whatever. He has to be mentally stable! No headcases, please! Someone with class and treats a woman with respect. I want someone to enjoy some time with and to take it from there. If we hit it off that would be awesome. Just want to let you know I am looking for something and that doesn't mean sex. Went on yet another dateaster last night...one of the first things i tell someone is i am a bigger female...if you can't deal with it don't waste either of our time. This one didn't eve last an hour.
