I am a person who likes to be active. Tubing trips, camping, canoeing, concerts, road trips, and several other things. I am pretty diverse. I can go from a biker festival on a Friday night in a T shirt and jeans to a charity fundraiser in a dress and heels on Saturday to floating down the river on Sunday afternoon. And dont forget cheerleader mom in the bleachers at one of my kids' ball games. After all of the crazy fun in a day I like to unwind in the quiet with a good book, or even a movie once in a while.My best defense in stress is going for a long run or hitting the gym.
