About Me

Hi :) I am looking for a confident , sweet, intelligent, funny guy who actually wants to meet and see where it goes. I do like to exchange a few messages before meeting just to break the ice.(you must have TIME to be in a relationship and be able to carry on a conversation)I am funny , smart, educated, good sense of style, musical, adventurous , MORMON, spontaneous . Turn offs:Liars, cheaters mustache (without the goatee), no humour , rude, six profiles on meetville ( I'm not an idiot ), pictures without your shirt ( I don't even know you but I know if you have an outtie yuck ) cowboys who live in the city ( honey if you don't have a horse you should not wear wranglers or boots ) shallow, men who are still boys ( I am already raising three boys ) bad comb overs ( your hair is gone it's not coming back - shave your head!) Jealous, reeks of alcohol but is not an alcoholic ( hmmm it is before noon ) Guy's who claim to want a serious relationship, and then do not seem to know how to go about it. Drugs, criminal records. Aggression out of the bedroom , does not know how to be social. Playboy wannabe's , the desire to always be right, unreasonable, closed minded. On a side note, I prefer your children be over the age of ten as mine are almost grown ( I would make an exception for the right person) , also if you have not sorted out the 'baby mama drama' I am not interested. BTW if you looked like Brad Pitt you'd be with Angelina Jolie, don't come on a date thinking you are a ten when you are twenty to thirty pounds over weight, bad hair and clothes and dis me when I've been honest from the start. REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS GUYS :) Turn On's :Confidence, nerds, knows what they want,nice shoes, bald, tall, brown eyes, smell great !!! Great family, kids, owning a pet, nice smile, direction, spontaneous, hard working, nice hands. Wit, intelligence, knows his own worth, HONEST, great smile, can handle me lol I do enjoy a cultured educated man, that has some travelling experience, knows a good book ( not just watched the movie ) I am not just interested in that though I will get dirty (quading , try hunting, etc. ) for the right person, compromise is big on my list.Please feel free to send me a message if I don't respond I am not interested.     Welcome to my profile! Thank you for taking the time to read about me. I am an active person who loves being in the outdoors. I enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, skating, backpacking, many sports, and much more. I have a passion for horses; such amazing animals. Unfortunately, I do not get to see my horses often as they are up north on the family farm. I also have a dog that ensures I get out for daily walks and play times!     I'm smart, attractive, goofy, social, caring, responsible, fun, loyal, and independent. I have two amazing children, my son is 16 and my daugther is 13. My children are my greatest accomplishments. I generally date men who have children themselves because they can relate to the need to juggle from time to time. Also, my son is a cancer survivor and that comes with some pretty serious issues, even though he's currently in remission and doing well. I'm currently taking online classes to finish my bachelor's degree and will graduate in December. I just received my acceptance letter from law school and will begin classes in January ***. It's a big commitment and yes it takes up a good deal of my time. Life is all about balance however and I do make room for my social life, including dating. I only ask that you be patient with me and I will do so in return. I'm a great catch for the right guy.As for hobbies, I play darts in a league. I'm not great but I am good and more importantly I have fun with it. I go country line dancing with friends. Actually, I love to dance no matter what type of music it is. Generally, I listen to Top 40 stuff but have very ecclectic taste. I work out on a regular basis and have a goal of getting fit this year. I love exercise but finding the time is always a challenge. I've been building up a home gym in my basement which seems to be quite perfect as I workout ***times per week now that I'm not having to drive to the gym. Amazing when you take away such a small excuse what you can accomplish! I'm not interested in a fling or perpetual head games. Also if you send me an *** don't respond, it means I'm not interested. It doesn't mean you're not a great guy. It just means you're not the right guy for me. I really prefer to call it a "meet and greet". It takes the pressure off if you don't refer to it as a date. If there's chemistry and you want to meet again, then it's a date. At that point, any where you can talk and smile and laugh works for me.
