I use the word *Like* entirely too much.*Like* a lot). I have no intention of typing out a sales pitch about myself. I won't lie, whoever the lucky fella is that catches my heart won't have it easy. My free time is limited, I'm not always able to go off on an adventure ( However, when I do have free time I like to jam as much fun and adventure into that time as possible!), he'll have to be independent and secure enough not to have me at his beck and call and he'll have to be okay with always coming second to my kids needs.Doesn't sound all that enticing, does it?But, in return. I am affectionate, attentive, caring and loyal. I'm a pretty good cook, I won't make you watch a chick flick or show (cause I don't like them either) and I'll never ask if an article of clothing makes me look fat. I'm not impressed by material possessions your fancy car isn't going to make me swoon (unless it's older and in better shape than me). Okay.. I guess that was a little sales pitchieWhile a real meaningful relationship would be awesome, I'm not in a rush. One day I'll meet someone amazing that will see I'm worth the effort. (hopefully before I'm in the old folks home)Until then, I'll be happy to make some friends (I mean that in the literal sense, not the NSA way - stop asking)Speaking of which!! just an FYI.. As a chick that was raised by her father with very little female influences. I tend to get along better with guys and most of my close friends are guys. If you're the jealous type.. don't bother talking to me. You'll just drive your self crazy. I've been single for a long time, I've known these guy for years, if there was anything more to the friendship it would have happened by now.Also.. I know I look young for my age. This is a blessing and a curse. I'm an ageist, I would REALLY prefer someone closer to my age. 5 yrs either way (preferably on the older side) would be perfect.. By the way.. I won't respond to messages if you don't have a picture. Or if you do have a picture, but you're not wearing a shirt or you're flexing or making a duck face or some other form of douche-baggery is going on. Also, while compliments can be nice, they can also be awkward, if the only thing you write is some aesthetic compliment.. that doesn't really lead to much conversation and sometimes (most times) it just makes me think the sender is creepy.I seldom initiate a message as I'm very aware most fellas aren't interested in Mommas.I swear I'm not THAT complicated and chances are, you won't even get to meet my kids... unless of course you turn out to be amazing. Something casual and friendly.. like having a cuppa tea or a drink in a quiet bar or lounge.
