About Me

I'm a down to earth, small town girl at heart with a warm and caring personality. My friends would describe me as being loyal, dependable, honest and a great listener. I tend to be old fashioned in relationships and appreciate modern day chivalry. Family is very important to me. I'm looking to find that special someone to share the adventure of life with. A man who knows what he wants, knows the importance of family, is ready for and can contribute to a meaningful, committed long-term relationship, working through the good times and bad, and be my best friend as well as a companion. I'm looking for someone that's honest, loyal, fun, loves to laugh and is easy to talk to. Someone that’s happy with what they do in life but isn't consumed by their career. I do like watching sports especially football and hockey. Packer & Love playing volleyball for fun but just to warn you I'm not the most coordinated, LOL! I like almost all music (except rap***anything that's fun and upbeat. Love being outdoors: camping, hiking, kayaking, yardwork, etc. My favorite time to go camping is in the fall when the colors are at peak and the air is cool & crisp. But at the end of the day I also enjoy cuddling up on the couch to watch a movie and relax. FYI: I am NOT looking for a one night stand / hang out - so do not contact me if that's all you are looking for or if you already have someone on the side or you are married - YUCK!. Also, no picture = I will not communicate with you. You MUST have a picture of yourself on your profile and please make sure that it's a clear headshot. This is me asking for a picture. I have pictures on my profile, it's only fair that you do the same. Taking a picture of yourself in front of the bathroom mirror with your shirt off in an attempt to show off your body is a major turn off. Smiles are wonderful! "Duckface" & non-smiling pictures are not wonderful and makes one look arrogant or crabby - not a great first impression. Something simple cause let's be honest first dates can be a little stressful. Let's meet for coffee or drinks and if there is a connection (able to have a comfortable conversation) then go from there to chat to get to know each other better. I guess it all depends on our similar interests too.

I'm introverted but I extrovert really well! I enjoy traveling but haven't done as much as I would like.***of these days!! I like visiting new exhibits at museums - my favorite is Natural History, watching movies (The Burbs and Stepbrothers are two of my favorites). I am a bit of a foodie and watch the Food Network a lot. I like recreating those same recipes - sometimes they don't turn out exactly like on tv but I sure have fun trying. You need to like a bit of sarcasm to like me ... you see, it makes life a bit more entertaining - well that is what I tell myself! I consider myself to be realistically optimistic, inquisitive, generous and honest. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with themselves and can express affection easily. Someone who is able to laugh through hard times. He's willing to admit mistakes and who acts in line to what he thinks and says. I am looking for someone who is fun to be with and is in relatively good shape (to go for a run with me once in a while!). Someone who is willing to grow and has also learned from past experiences. Last minute weekend getaways is certainly a plus. Coffee, grab a drink, a museum, walk around The Mall, go bowling...something fun and low key to get to know each other!

I love anything outdoors, although I'm not a big fan of summer and the heat. Summer nights outside are great tho, having drinks around a campfire with friends. Camping, winter camping, camp fires, bon fires, hiking, and biking are a few things that I enjoy. I also love quads, dirt bikes, 4-.. I would LOVE to Iive in the south!.. I guess that I have some redneck in me :) .... I can go out and play in the mud and get dirty, but I clean up well :) I love all animals, especially cats. I'm not into any games or drama..anything else that you would like to know...just ask...........you get mega points for that ;)

So I am beyond games and guesses. I prefer to tell it how it is and keep no secrets. I love to take time to get to know someone and its all about the little things. My children are my number one priority and are never brought into a new relationship. I am not much of a bar hopper, been there and done that. I'm not looking for friends with benefits. Im a single mom who has a great stable job and work hard to get what I need. I have my own place and cars. If you live with momma and daddy, no license or car, then please do not apply :) I am not into the 'needy' guys who are looking for someone to take care of them. I believe in a ***relationship. I prefer that you can enjoy kids, dogs, the Packers, Duck Dynasty, and bonfires. I enjoy going out and doing different things as well as spending time outside working in my yard. My work and kids do keep me extremely busy. I have a great sense of humor and looking for someone with the same. If you think you can keep my attention then please drop me a line and we can take it from there :) First date - hmmm...depends I guess. I would prefer to talk, text, *** little while first, depending on comfort level. Way to many creepers out there. Definately a public place to start off with and no place too loud. I mean, how can you get to know someone screaming across the table over loud music :)
