About Me

This is something new to me- I haven't been single in a good while but I am not going to sit around and wait anymore. I don't want to go in to great detail about my last relationship but it was nearly a decade of comfort and I am definitely stepping OUT of my comfort zone here. With that being said, I want to be with someone who is ready to just enjoy nice things in life. I like doing things that adults my age should enjoy doing-working a full-time job, spending time with my child, having dinner as a family, going to the movies, going on vacation, going to church when I can- you know, nothing too crazy. I don't mind going to have a drink every once in a while but I am not going to do the bar scene- I refuse! I do realize that no one is perfect and that just because you are on a dating website doesn't mean you are damaged or have baggage but let's face it, we all have a past of some sort and if you have come to terms with yours, are ready to be a decent human being in a committed relationship and do not want to play the field for the rest of your life- send me a message. My life is at a point right now that I think it could only be enhanced by sharing it with someone else. I don't want to fix anyone or financially support anyone so just understand that please. Now, the good stuff!! I am a very confident and independent woman with a great sense of humor. I like to hold hands and just hang out with my man. I am ok being by myself for a night or two if you want to hang out with your buddies. I am not a needy girl- I am also not stupid so don't take my kindness for weakness! I am after-all, a natural red-head and as much as I would like to say I don't have the temper that comes along with it, I do to some extent, have a temper. I will NOT chase you around town looking for your car if you won't answer your phone so, if you want drama- you need to look elsewhere. Bottom-line, do what you say you're going to do if it's within your power. Being in a relationship is a choice you make every single day- if one day you wake up and choose to move on then have the decency to tell me and move on-OK?
