edit: PLEASE do not contact me if you are not interested in pursuing a REAL, mature relationship. I hate to feel it necessary to say this, but apparently what's obvious to me isn't always obvious to someone else. I'm getting very frustrated with men who don't know what they want, or change their mind midstream. I also am not on here to chat. I get dirty working on the car & wear a dress & heels for those special nights out. I'm very affectionate, love to laugh, & can enjoy any environment with the right company. Lazy Sundays curled up with a good book and good company is wonderful, so is a weekend at the races with my daughter, or performing at a Renaissance Festival, or Wrestling event.What I'm NOT looking for: I'm not looking for a "hook-up", no matter how hot you think you are! I don't "need" something to do, my life is plenty busy. I'm not looking for someone to "hang out" with... I have friends for that already. I'm not interested in "seeing where it goes", I know where I'm going. What I AM looking for: I'm looking for someone who is wanting and "ready" to be in a relationship, someone who's ready to think beyond this week or this year. No, I don't expect it to happen today... but if it's not the goal going in... it's probably not going to be (refer to the old cow/getting milk free saying). I'm very easy going and laid back, and not into drama or games. I'm an affectionate, romantic person who wants the same in return. A sense of humor is a must, so is accepting that I am raising a child on my own. We are a package deal, so please don't expect me to ship her off to a sitter all the time... I rather enjoy her company. I have a "normal" job monday through friday, but I also am a performer at renaissance festivals. It does take a good deal of time, so I'm hoping to find someone who at the very least respects this passion of mine... though I would love it if he had an appreciation for it and wanted to be involved. He should function primarily with the cerebral head and not the carnal one... let me spell that one out for some of you... if you need to mention sex before we ever meet.... we won't meet. Finally, he should have some class and manners (which would eliminate me ever having to mention the previous requirement). I am a woman, not a tramp, I will be treated with respect. I prefer a first date to be relaxed. Dinner at a locally owned restaurant (one of those perfect hole in the wall's that only the locals know about) is a great way to spend time talking, relaxing and getting to know each other. I prefer the casual/laid back environment where I can get to learn about a person, rather than putting on airs at a fancy restaurant and trying to keep up appearances. I would rather meet YOU, not the person you present to the general public.
