About Me

"If you don't stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it."Life is good, very, very good. I feel great, look great and honestly I have been having the time of my life these days. I want to find a man who I connect with and who wants to share some of life's adventures together. About me? Well, I am a fun loving, active and a down to earth girl. I am not afraid of hard work or getting my hands dirty, but also like getting my nails done, relaxing and having a good time. I did enjoy my time in service, but that chapter in my life is over. I am looking forward to new life adventures without the worry of further military deployments.-- It is great to be able to be the favorite aunt that now lives nearby and can hang out with my nieces and nephew as much as possible. In the winter, I try to head west for some downhill skiing. I love to travel. I've been many interesting places thanks to Uncle Sam. I love doing and learning new things. I have also been learning the piano over the last few years. Although I like to stay active I try not to always be in a rush. I try to remind myself of the Irish saying "When God made time he made plenty of it."I have an adorable 4 year old Wheaten Terrier. She likes to stay active too and loves to play with her friends at the dog park. She is the best dog ever***don't fight me on this at least until you meet her, who could resist that face. She is so sweet and fun--I think she takes after me!I'm looking for a kind, genuine good guy. Someone down to earth with a good soul, open mind and a big heart. Common interests are a good start, but chemistry and attraction have to be there too. I take great care of myself, so if you do not value your health I doubt we will be a good match.     I wonder if people in sales have an easy time with describing themselves... since "your" description is pretty much like a sales pitchI am a single mom of two daughters... both are in college. They mean the world to me & I continue to be amazed at how much more I love them. Fam & friends are what I enjoy most in my life. My closest friends are a part of my fam.     Well, lets see. I am finishing up my schooling for medical billing and coding. It has taken a while, but I am just about done. When the weather is nice I enjoy doing as much as I can outdoors. Going to a park, taking a walk, or hitting the pool. When the cold sets in I watch movies more often and try to get in an occasional snow ball fight with my daughter.
