About Me

Well, a little about me. I am laid back, like to have fun. I don't take myself to seriously. Life is too short to be uptight all of the time! I like to laugh, be silly and could only be with someone that had a great sense of humor. Someone that can dish it out as well as take it. I work in the financial industry. It keeps me busy but I love my job. So fortunate because there are a lot of people out there that can't say that. I love animals so much that I don't eat them. I'v been a vegetarian for alomost 20 years now. It's ok if you eat meat though, I am not one of those that pushes my beliefs on others. I have a dog, 2 cats and 3 birds - a mini zoo but always entertaining. I love sports. OSU football is my favorite. There is nothing better on a beautiful fall day than tailgating and going to a game at the Shoe. I enjoy basketball and hockey too. I play softball myself. I'm not saying I'm great at it but i give it a good try. I like being outside and gardening. I like to go out dancing with my girlfriends or just find a little dive bar with a great band playing to hang out in. I am looking for someone with similar interests. Someone not into games, not wearing their player hat. Done with that. I feel like that was cool in high school, not now if you know what I mean. Drinks, coffee, lunch. Open for suggestions :)

    I was a little hesitant to join this site, but a friend talked me into joining. I'm one of those people who always said they didn't have time to date. But I've come to realize I actually was. I was busy being a parent. Not that I'm done being a parent, because you never really are, but I am finally to try dating again. I would like to eventually find someone for the long haul. Please don't let that scare you. It must start off as friends first, and if it goes somewhere, then great! I love to see live music. Occasionally I'll still go out to see a band in bar or club.     I'm a good hearted person who's looking for my friend; the one that makes me smile when I think about coming home in the evening. Someone that is strong in their beliefs but can lead and touch with gentleness. Someone who's honest, trust worthy, and capable.
