Sounds easy, but it opens you up to each other's likes and dislikes. Gives you insight to manners and how they treat people in general. If it's going well a nice walk after dinner, maybe coffee or dessert. I suppose that is everyone's cliched first date.An alternative would be a hike in the park followed by a picnic lunch. That'd be cool too.
