I love swimming, reading, cooking, IFC movies. I find it calming to be outdoors. I like being spontaneous and trying new things. I think life is about learning and growing. I have an 10yr old daughter who means the world to me. She has taught me to take time to stop and smell the roses. It is important for me to have a job that improves someone else's life and gives back. I have recently discovered crossfit and love how it challenges me and would love to find someone who gets that. I have also recently quit smoking and diet coke! Love feeling more healthy. I think a first date signals whether or not you feel a spark. It would be nice to meet at a park or restaurant, maybe walk around window shopping... stuff that gives you conversation with less first date stress. I don't want to be a counselor to you about past loves, but I want to know how you got to be who you are today. I am not interested in very older men or men from foreign countries.

    I would like to teach in the Business department of a small community college. This is where I feel I can do the most good. I have a dog that I treat better than most people treat their children. He has "only child syndrome" because I have spoiled him so much. Here's hoping for a fresh start at happiness!
