So here it goes. I hate talking about myself unless I really get to know someone then I talk all the time. Well a little about me. I am a single mom of two kids a boy age 18 and a girl age 13. I been divorced for 13 years. I would like to find that person that is just for me. I am down to earth, loyal, stubborn, logical, independent and stressed most of the time. I wouldn't think that it would be this hard to find a relationship at my age, but finding out it is. So I'm going to go into a bit more detail here to let you guys know about me. I am not currently working due to some health problems. So NO as of right now I am not financially secure. NO I am not looking for someone to take care of me financially. YES I would like to find someone who would care about me and my children enough to help out if need be. Due to the health problems and financial struggles I tend to not go many places. I feel that if I can't take my children out for a night on the town then I don't deserve one either. It's not that I don't like to go out or take the kids out for a fun filled day of bowling, food, the lake, roller skating, the movies etc. sometimes (most of the time) there just isn't enough funds to do so after we take care of the bills and groceries. I know this mentality is strange to some, but would much rather have my children be able to go to the movies with their friends, participate in sports, and all that other stuff that kids like to do. I don't expect anyone to take care of me. I have done ok up to now and will be fine again. Of course if I would happen to find the right person I wouldn't mind sharing our struggles and accomplishments together. Working, helping, sharing, loving, and just overall caring for one another is what is important. I just turned 40 and I am looking at it as if this will be the best decade yet. I have decided to go back to school to get my Bachelors degree and I am currently in the process of completing that. I am looking for someone honest, mature, and would like to expand their family to include us. I have played mom and dad for 13 years and I would like to find the one man that would include all of us, not just one of us. I think that the basis for any relationship is truth, honesty, caring about the other, and being loyal. Communication and just spending time together is good for me. I don't need anything fancy sure I have my dreams and continue to reach for them and maybe one day they will come true but for right now all is good, I am just looking for that special guy that will love me and my children to take care of me on my bad days and will help me enjoy the good days. I want someone who will be active in our lives. I understand that work comes first but I just want someone that would love to go to my kids games, have fun with the family and just has a HUGE LOVING heart.Questions go ahead and ask I will be honest from the start. I handle whatever situations come up at the time they arise and don't drag them around for extended periods of time. I whole heartedly believe in old fashion romance. The sexiest thing in the world to me is that moment in time that seems to stand still when a guy raises his hand to touch your face right before he brushes his lips across yours for the very first time. I haven't dated anyone for 8 months so I'm gonna be nervous no matter what we do.
