I want someone who can manage their own as well. I'm all for equality, give and take, and not selfishness on either part. I have a very good head my shoulders, I am educated and responsible. Friendship, trust, honesty, and communication are important factors in the growth, maintenance, and survival of a healthy long term relationship, and are qualities in which I seek. Getting to know a person and learning about them is very important. Too many people don't take that time to learn and know someone.
