About Me

I am moving to the east bay and i don't know that many people in the area, so I am giving this a try to meet new peeps. I work in government affairs and will be starting in a new company soon. Can't wait for the new opportunity! I have a passion for the industry, but life experiences have taught me the art of balance. I self admittedly read drudgereport about 2 times a day. I am a big fan of live music venues and festivals. Can't wait for Hardly Strictly this year. The line up looks amazing! I am also a Gamer babe and a huge Giants fan. I enjoy baseball and know the game. Unfortunately the season has been a tough one that has been racked with injuries and lukewarm bats. I made it to 7 games this year but want to try and get to more next year. I love wine and even have an on call job at a winery just to learn more about the industry and meet some other fellow wine lovers. I am looking for someone who is ready to experience life, willing to get outside of his comfort zone from time to time. Someone who is educated will be a better fit for me. Intellectual conversation is a must. I just started getting back into mountain bike riding. I am looking forward to discovering the bike trail near my new place.

I am not looking for anything long distance or semi-long distance. Sorry, but at least I am honest. I am a Bay Area native (yes they do exist).I plan on traveling more outside of the US this year. My biggest passion is rock climbing. I have been doing that for ten years now. I keep pretty active with friends and my dog.I am pretty relaxed and straight forward.I like direct communication. I am that honest down to earth girl who could care less about the gossip everyone else is talking about and would rather go throw a ball around or find a pub to chill at. I strongly believe there should be a balance in life with work, personal time, and friends/family. Each part of one's life should be bringing a positive aspect to your life, otherwise it should be cut out. Keeping positive things in your life will attract more positive things. One thing I will say is I have a big thing with punctuality. I think with all this technology today it has given many people the since of no obligation or respect towards others and their time. My phone broke and I decided to go without one as a social experiment for a month and it was truly amazing how people would have to commit to things without last minute canceling and they would rush to be on time.I went to school for Graphic Design and Biology, but I have been working in Finance/Accounting.I love fixing and making things with my hands. Current project is turning an old Victorian door and converting it into a table. I also paint, knit, & write music. I play cello and piano. I also love doing DIY home projects like putting tile work in. As my interests are widely varied I also look forward to learning new things all the time. Would love to find someone who is equally diverse with hobbies/activities and keeps me thinking. First dates are great when it allows two individuals to interact and talk. Movies and the bar scene don't allow much inciteful information or feedback. Just even walking around a unfamiliar neighbor and finding an unheard coffee shop or book store is fun. Or going to the House of Air to discover your inner child.

I love love. LOVE it. I don't expect it, and think it's pretty rare, but I can get right down into it with my heart on my sleeve when the right guy reveals himself and I love being loyal to One lucky dude.I'm the Manager at a Spa and love working in the health and wellness industry - A healthy, clean lifestyle is very important to me. It was quite an adventure. I have several private students every week who take vocal and piano lessons with me.I'm creative, crafty and love to dance and sing while cooking so watch out for the wooden spoon. SPANK!Travelling...it doesn't take much to get me on a plane or train or wagon. Or horse. My Mashi (mamma) boards horses on her ranch, but they haven't finished training yet, so we can't ride them, but we're excited for the opportunity, hopefully soon. Anyway - back to the original train of thought; Travel. JK.What else? My values are simple: God, Family, Career. I'm not religious, but very spiritual and have a lot of faith in meditation, prayer and our ability to manifest. I'm looking for someone who places similar importance on maintaining a relationship and connection with God through prayer and meditation.I think one of my best qualities is letting people be themselves. I don't put restrictions on people or lots of expectations but I do expect you to be fun. I fuggin' mean it! I need one, bad-ass hilarious dude, otherwise my friends will think you're too boring for me and *** - Yeah they get a say. Sense of humor pretty much means you have the whole package to me. I love a pretty face, but can totally pass on a six pack if you can make me laugh. I'm looking for a good guy and good person through and through. If that's you, give me a bell. Ooh, fun! I like this section. I've always thought the absolute best way to great to know someone is to share a meal together. It's no wonder that dinner with the family is how most any outsider gains access and acceptance across all cultures! The meal can be casual or formal, and either way allows for intimate conversation, laughter and discovery.
