About Me

I love the events and festivities of a city and love being out and about in it. That being said, I like to travel both within the country and internationally. I haven’ I love to experience new cultures, music and food. I love to be in the kitchen cooking. It’s better when I have someone to cook for standing next to me. I love music and dancing. I mostly listen to hip hop, rap, and r&b. I love some of the old school stuff: Lauren Hill, India Arie, Mary J Blige, 112, Jagged Edge, etc. I enjoy Latin music, Raggae and anything with a good beat. I love to dance (and surprisingly I can dance pretty well). I am an avid sports fan. I like mostly all sports (watching and playing). I love MSU basketball and football. I’ve gone to so many home games I couldn’t even begin to count (somewhere in the hundreds). I am always looking for a new adventure. I like going to the beach with my dog and swimming in the waves. I like going to the gym. I love to run (again, with the pup, he’s a good running partner and always goes my pace ;) ). Laughing is a big part of my life. I am very optimistic and positive. I try to see the good in everyone and give them the benefit of the doubt. I can be goofy and playful, but have a serious side too. I can be very passionate about what I believe in. My friends and family are most important to me. Shout out to all my fantastic friends (not that they can see this haha)! I am a pretty versatile girl; you can catch me in shorts and a tshirt watching a game, or I can get dolled up for a classy night of dinner or dancing. This is what I’ve learned I’ve needed in a man:Please appreciate me. Not to be conceited, I am a great girl. I need to be treated with respect.I need someone reliable. If you say you are going to do something, do it. If we make plans, don’t break them. I need someone I can laugh and be silly with. I also need them to have a serious side too. I have so much passion for the work I do. I hope you have a passion too.I need someone that will be not only a great guy, but a best friend too. I need someone that I can do anything with. Someone that makes me a better person, because (I’m hoping) I’ll make them a better person too.I need someone who has goals in life. I have a bucket list (not literally), of things I want to accomplish in my life and I hope that you would too. I want someone who is driven.It’s hard to think of what you want in another person. Maybe you won’t meet all that criteria, maybe nobody does… But I had to try and throw it out there. I would invision a fun day/night out. I love trying new things and being adventurous. I am always up for new things, but also like to have dinner and drinks.

    I hate these things, whenever I go to write them I always seem to be less cool than I originally thought I was. hahaOk hobbies... I love writing, went to school for journalism and media. So you would think i would have something super witty and well-written to put here, but you're out of luck. I love social media and pop culture. I love traveling and roadtrips. I love live music and going to shows is probably my favourite thing to do. I'm partial to musicians. And brother bands. I like my musicians under 15 and over 50. So I guess i'm actually a 12 year old boy.As a sidenote, i just got my first meetville reprimanding for being stuck up and shallow... if you don't have a picture, chances are i probably won't respond.. it may be partially because i'm shallow, but i think it's mostly because my skepticism results in my first assumption being that if you haven't uploaded a photo it is because you are likely a mutant... sure, you can play the whole "it's because of my job" card... but I don't buy it... sounds like something a mutant molester kidnapper would say, obviously... ;p
