So, in short, I'm a fun loving girl -- originally from a small town, but I've been in DC for a few years now. I'm a great tour-guide, and I love finding new things to do in the area. I'm always down for an adventure: traveling, getting outdoors in general, museums, concerts, and I am sports fan though I don't follow any team too closely because....I work a bunch, as with most people in DC I'm sure! I just started a new job doing a little bit of everything non-technical at an IT Consulting and Software company. I used to do Sales and Marketing for a Health and Fitness company. I love most types of music, and while it's ok if you don't like Country....you have to at least find it amusing that I do!I have the best friends in the world, and a loving, albeit crazy, family -- both of which are super important to me. I also love animals, although I don't have pets of my own.As you might guess from the pictures, I'm a little bit of a goofball -- but hey, never a dull moment! :) Surprise me! I honestly don't think a first date should be a high-pressure situation. It's a turnoff to exchange numbers and the first thing I get is...well...things I shouldn't see before we even meet. I love meeting new people but I am not in a race against time to be in a relationship. I am content being single because I keep busy and have great friends and family, but it would be nice to find that "special someone".Oh and PS...I am very outgoing but I do have some shy tendencies, especially with this site, so you may need to be the one to break the ice first ;) I am not the cliche girl to say a long walk on a beach. I like fun and conversation so either something where we are both trying something new or simple drinks, pool, etc are fun.
