I am a fun loving, easy going girl who loves to be around family and friends. I never shy away from having a good time - after all being in your 20s is all about "being young and spreading your wings" and I'm going to live up the last few months that I qualify!-glorified, but totally amazing Magazine Publishing industry in the Big Apple. I love clothes and fashion and all that surrounds it, so I am automatically attracted to glitter, sparkles, and color (glitter-). I'm a BEACH girl at heart and am obsessed with summer. And just in case you were wondering.....haha! Even though I have a serious phobia of hotel rooms, I love to travel - whether for pleasure or work - and my ultimate goal is to step foot on every continent before I die. Although many people think that I'm quiet and reserved, those people truly don't know me. My real friends know that I'm not afraid to speak my mind, even if it's to an authoratative figure. I've been known to pour a drink on a guy at a bar just for bumping into me ... but it's all in good fun ...).All in all, I'm over trying to meet someone in a bar...been there, done that, and well, it's just not working. I consider myself to be open-minded, but also have a pretty good idea of someone that I'm looking for....a person with a passion and a desire to have a family.     I am currently in graduate school studying Psychology. I hope to someday specialize in Clinical Child Psychology and eventually before a clinical research psychologist. My dream would be to continue to develop and test treatments that increase healthy emotional functioning in childhood. I love being outside, camping, I love to ski.I studied French in college and lived in Quebec City for a year. I still love anything that has to do with French culture.I have a cat, Purrsley. She is a princess. I am ***friendly. I like watching dumb Tv because it is the opposite of using my brain which is what I do all day, I really prefer to be surprised, I like the guy to plan it and that is a good way to judge if he is right for me. So I would just prefer that it is well thought out. I enjoy trying new things, but I am not crazy into weird foods like belut eggs or caviar, tongue or liver. Otherwise, I am a good sport and enjoy doing festive, seasonal activities outdoors if possible. I get bored so I like to be entertained, and intellectual conversation is best.While I enjoy being surprised, I would at least like to be dressed appropriately. I would appreciate a warning so I don't, for example, wear heels to a picnic :) It must be a public place for safety reasons, do I even have to explain why?

    I love anything outdoors, including camping, hiking, fishing, etc. I love the water. Boating, skiing, tubing, are some of my favorites. I like competitive activities; bowling, miniature golf, things of that nature. I like to read, especially mystery thriller, or just spend the day curled up on the couch watching movies on a rainy day. I love going to the gym and try to go 4 or 5 times a week. I am also trying to go back to school to become a sign language interpreter and possibly take that futher and go for my speech pathology degree. I like all types of music, from Classic Christian to some metal, to punk rock to some rap(very little though). I am really into body art. I have 7 tattoos myself, and the ones that have real meaning to them are the most special to me. It's a way to express myself without using words. I'm usually pretty open so if you have a question ask it, don't ever assume cause that's when your gonna get it wrong! Something like lunch/dinner and taking a walk. Anything that you can have fun and real conversation. Not like a movie, it's hard to get to know someone for a second date when you don't get to talk much.
