Hello everyone, and welcome to my profile. I`ll get straight to it, I know you`re busy and probably in a hurry, who isn`t. I`m very easy going, chatty and friendly.I have a quick wit with a dry ,cheeky, sarcy side and love to banter, if you can handle it. I wear my heart on my sleeve and still believe in the possibility of true love. I am not at all materialistic and take people as I find them. Honesty and trust come very high on my list of priorities. I believe you have to start out giving people complete trust and as much freedom as they want. I`m not the type that will ever control you or try to tell you what you can and can`t do, if I click with someone I usually find it very easy to keep that someone laughing.The most important thing in the World to me is my son, he`s seven, very energetic, funny and he never ever runs out of questions. If I could remove one word from his vocabulary, it would be......why? We`re very close , I have him Monday and Wednesday nights in the week and from Saturday morning to Sunday morning . Any parent knows that children come first and that`s how it should be.I`m self employed as a plumber and have been for coming up to fifteen years. Work is very important to me but I work to live , not live to work. Life is too short to dedicate all your time to a job or vocation. You won`t catch me working on a Sunday!.....Although, certain close friends/wanna be DIYers have been known to drill through heating pipes on these days and their phone calls are generally greeted with some colourful terminology......I have some very close , life long friends who are very important to me , they`re like family and life wouldn`t be the same with out them.I have been lifting weights, naturally, for close to 25 years at various gyms and train ***times per week. It`s something I`ll do forever. To me keeping fit, strong and healthy is a must, there`s no down side to it. I have done other things , I still swim often, usually after a workout and I have a black belt in a Korean martial art. I wouldn`t say I`m addicted to exercise though, I don`t mind missing a gym session if I have something else to do.I have a ***Lambretta that I have restored and during the Summer months it will be ridden to the coast a couple of times.`t like to miss.Most Sundays find myself and friends out and about on our scoooters. I`m an old Mod and love the music that goes with that, Northern & 60`s soul, R&B, jazz. Also the smart dress I like, although most of the time I`m casual smart. You`ll even find Rock in my collection but I`ll have you sign a legal document to keep that a secret from my Mod mates......Anyhow ,I`m starting to babble, anything else you would like to know, ask away.PS If i don`t respond to messages, no offence intended you`re just not my type. Also , I need to see you, a photo is a must.Good luck fishing people ;-) x I think first dates should be somewhere that allows for a conversation to flow, a nice pub for a drink or a meal, maybe, so we stand a chance of getting to know each other and perhaps seeing if there`s any kind of spark between us.I look forward to meeting you ;-) x
