I don't go "out" too often because of my schedule and my children ***& 10 years old). I am divorced approximately 5 years and take care of my children ***days a week (depending on my schedule (we work 24hour shifts)). I have been a firefighter for 11 years and can't imagine having any other job...I really love it. I love to laugh, play n tell jokes and try to enjoy everyday to the fullest. I played sports most of my life and can hang out with any crowd. I think I've seen it all (almost anyway). I would like to just meet people and keep things simple. I want to meet people from different backgrounds and just have fun. I like jokes/comedy and would like to have fun while meeting new people. My job and my children come first and with any remaining time I have I make sure I am enjoying my life. I would rather meet someone and just be friends/hangout rather than get back into a relationship and deal with the stressors that eventually come with it. I prefer to keep it light and fun.     I'm looking for someone who is willing to be adventurous and try new things. Life has become too predictable for me and I need to shake it up some. I love the outdoors and would love to get lost in the woods with someone. I listen to all types of music and love to listen to it live. I would love to have them complete this list with me....I would like to hear about your Bucket List. I don't look at the first "encounter" as the first date. This would probably be either for coffee or drinks to keep it light and relaxed to see if there is anything there to explore further on a 1st date. If there is a 1st date to follow, then there would be more extensive planning involved. I could see a 1st date taking place at a nice restaurant where delicious food and drinks can be shared while finding out more about each other and candle light is flickering on the table. Or, (depending on our wonderful weather around here) a more casual picnic on the shore of one of the 10,***lakes nearby where sun, fresh air and a light breeze allow for questions to be asked to learn more about each other. A first date would not be to a movie or club where there is no talking or you have to shout at each other to be heard. I'm comfortable enough with myself that I can hold a conversation with someone without having to have distractions (staring out at the dance floor) if there is a brief silence.
