Time to update this profile...I think the old one was too long for people to actually read anyway.What am I looking for? Attraction, fun, friendship, love and commitment...preferably in that order. I'm not interested in settling just to be with someone. I'll wait until I find a woman that I don't want to live without *** just settling for someone that I can live with. I have a pretty good life, and it would be nice to find the right someone to share it with. My kids live with me the majority of the time and raising them is my biggest priority. It would probably be a while until anyone meets them but, if you aren't interested in spending any time with kids, we aren't going to connect because they are a big part of my life. My youngest is 16 though, so I have plenty of free time to share with the right person.I'm an old fashioned, romantic, and affectionate person. If holding hands, kissing, and being open about your feelings aren't for you, then neither am I. Also, since I am looking to build a friendship first, if you only have the time to see someone once every other week or so, I am probably not the one for you. Friendships take time...together.Things I enjoy: - watching movies (at home and in a theater***going out to dinner - listening to live music - sitting on the deck on a nice day - floating in the hot tub on a clear night with a glass of wine- amusement parks (especially roller coasters)- the mountains and the beach- Renaissance festivals and wine festivals - riding bikes on the local rail trails -- Not very fond of rap or hip hop though. I don't have any preferences that are set in stone, but I do really like long hair and freckles. When it comes down to it though, I'm just looking for a lady that makes me smile when I think about her. I wish everyone good luck in your search. Definitely not a fan of a movie for the first date. I prefer dinner or some other activity that lets us talk and get to know each other.
