About me..... Born here, raised here, moved off and came right back. I still can't believe it. I consider myself easy going for the most part, but not afraid to speak my opinion when asked or needed. Kids and animals usually like me. I don't know if its because I am funny looking or smell like food or maybe a combination of the two. I can handle being the punchline of a joke, if it was for a good laugh. I am slowly getting myself back in the gym. I was really into it once upon a time, but stuff happens. I want to try everything at least once before I die, well except Meth.....I like my teeth...lol. More about me.......OK here is an *** killer......I work every weekend. Unless I put in for time off, I am out trying not to step in anything nasty at work. If you are moving and its not during the week then no, I will not be able to help you on short notice. Yes it has been an issue before. Hey at least I am honest...lol. Both girls are rescues and both are rotten. I think people that are mean to animals and kids have there on special place in hell that they share with most politicians. People that are fanatics about politics, religion, ect., kinda scare me a lil. I was in the military for 14 years. If your kids live at home, I will not "spend the night" while they are home. I think it sets a bad example.

I asked my friends, family and coworkers to describe me for my profile and their replies were; smart, funny, thoughtful, honest, hardworking, fun, a gentleman, kind to strangers, etc. For the most part I agree with their assessment. But I still feel I’m a little bit of a mess. Would I like to meet my soul mate? Absolutely, who wouldn’t? But I’m not on meetville with an agenda. If I meet my soul mate, fantastic! If I meet someone who just wants to have fun and date that’s good too and I think probably more likely. But heck, at this point of my life I might even be ok with a sugar momma. Just kidding, well kinda. ;) Honesty is very important to me. Not only being honest with others but also being honest with myself. I’m at a point in my life where I feel I know who I am and who I strive to be. I believe you are not as good as your best day and not as bad as your worst. So I try and roll with the punches. I like to think I am a realist and a down to earth person. I try to live in the moment. Life’s too short to sweat the small stuff and I don’t like drama! You will find that I am a gentleman. I like to think of my self as a gentlemen with a wild side. ;-) I like to consider myself an interesting and intelligent person (though some ex-girlfriends might beg to differ). I live for a good conversation/discussion/fistfights on philosophy, science, politics, history, world events, sports, etc. I also love small interesting facts about random things, I'll get you warmed-up: Do you know that an octopus has three hearts and nine brains? that Pogonophobia is the fear of beards? or that a group of crows is called a murder? well, now you do. :- I love museums and will gladly spend days in one. Zoos are also one of my favorite spots, I'm quite a naturalist and love having staring contests with random animals. I also have an amorous relationship with photography and sometimes spend way too much time taking pictures of what some people might consider banal stuff and delete them just as fast. Yes, I'm one of those weird people that you see in the park taking pictures of flowers or bugs.’m mentally and physically attracted to. Someone that will get my jokes will usually have an edge. A girl that can throw on a pair of sweatpants for movie night, then go out for breakfast the next morning and is comfortable just throwing her hair in a ponytail is a bonus. If that same girl is also cool with last-minute road-trip plans for a weekend getaway, even better. Common interests are key in any relationship, but what sets someone apart is being passionate about something and owning it. Everyone should embrace what they enjoy (as long as its non-destructive behavior) because it shapes who we are. Dinner and conversation
