About Me

I always have been and always will be driven to create art of some sort. It is at the core of me, and I thoroughly enjoy it. I like to try my hand at all mediums - drawing, painting, sculpture, photography and poetry. I tattoo for a living, so I am drawing almost every single day. Music is incredibly vital to me. I will love real punk rock until the day I die, I think it was one of the most important movements in music and societal history. It gave me a strong moral bearing when I was young and led me on the quest to gain knowledge about the world around me. I'm very liberal in my views of the world and am socially conscious. I love almost all types of music these days, except country and pop. I always love going to see a live show. Lately, my main passion is racing road, mountain and cyclocross bicycles and riding A LOT, like 6 days a week! I run a little bit as well, but I don't really like it yet. I eat very healthy, but I still like buttered popcorn when I watch a movie. Can't help it, old habits die hard.I have a son who's grown up and in college now. I've been self employed for 17 years and, while it's hard at times, I couldn't imagine not having the freedom I enjoy every day. I have had a pretty decent adventure so far in life!Currently, I'm exploring a few new ideas artistically, trying to find that elusive magic called inspiration. Science has always fascinated me and I'm currently in school to work towards a degree.
