I doesn't mean im in any way defective but I do have back problems!Ok it seems you need more info... in my 20's I was a martal artist I got injured and now I have back issues. It does mean im not in peek phisical condition but im in no way unfit. I still teach and im as active as I can be. If I can physically do it I will. However if hiking is your thing im probably not your guy. Coffee or a nice lunch. Maybe a walk. We can see what happens...
