I'm currently in school working on my science prerequisites so that I can get into PA school. I was able to do a lot of real world trauma medicine when I was in the military and I fell in love with it. There is just something about helping people in that magnitude that joins you to them in a special way. People never forget the guy that stitched them up or saved their life. It is such a rewarding feeling. I chose PA school over med school because statistically speaking PA's have a higher quality of life than Doctors and while I love trauma medicine I don't want the other aspects of my life to be neglected because I am married to my job. I enjoy doing Crossfit, jujitsu, and pretty much anything outdoors. for a long time though so I'm not a big fan of the cold anymore unless its to go skiing or snowboarding. I like to surf although I'm not very good at it but I especially love going with other people. I love sitting out past the waves just talking to my friends about whatever as we wait for the next set to roll in. I come from a big family so I love being around people a lot. I am very social and love spending time with other people, be it in large groups or more intimate surroundings. I'm definitely not the guy that you take to a party or around your friends and you to babysit. I have no problem making conversation with people I don't know and entertaining myself. I have a very wide taste in most areas. I love people who can introduce me to new things, be it food music, places, or activities. I am game to try just about anything. I find life not to be a spectator's sport and I feel that the things that bring the most meaning to it are those that can offer the most rewarding experiences. I love to do anything not too cliche. I refuse to do anything on a first date that inhibits us actually getting to talk and getting to know each other. Don't get me wrong, I love the movies, but they are better suited for later on once you know the other person. I would also prefer it to not be limited to one thing. I like to get to see someone in different settings.

Online dating has become part of the main stream; however I feel that people don’t always put the effort into a profile that is needed and they are just window shopping. I have noticed a trend in most single ladies profiles. For the most part they are looking for a good guy who doesn't play games. I do not believe that this is the case though. I believe they are looking for a cute guy in the hopes he won’t turn out to be a jerk. So if you want that nice guy then look no further, if you want to gamble on looks… well then move on. Ok so… where do I start?I would like to start with the basic fact that I am a good guy. I have strength of character and a strong moral compass based in both faith and family. I was raised in an amazing family. My parents are still together and have set an unbelievable example on how you make a relationship work. I have over my life time watched my parents succeed were most would have faltered through constant communication and trust. I was raised to be self-sufficient and I was given the tools to overcome life’s obstacles through stubborn tenacity. My faith is very much at the core of who I am and I was raised in the Episcopal Church.So you will have noticed that I don’t have a degree, which presents a problem. I’ve have read the reports that state most women will not date below their educational level. However if you base my intelligence off my lack of a degree you will be making a mistake. Not finishing school was a choice I made, however my return is planned for a later date. I made this choice so that I could focus on my business. Now I do make a comfortable living running my growing business. Comfortable enough to have the resources to slowly renovate my property, travel, enjoy hobbies like photography… etc.Now I have a few requests. I’m looking for a woman that will be my equal. She will stimulate my mind, body and soul. I would like her to be active and help motivate me to get back into shape. I want a traveler, and a dreamer. I want her to want a family. So a strong family centric way of thinking would be perfect. I want her to be strong, romantic, and a sweetheart. Most importantly I want her to be who she is and nothing more or less. The idea would be to grow together over time and become much more than the sum of our parts.Oh and if I take the time to write to you... say something back. Even if you aren't interested. Star gazing... Canoeing... Hikes... Bonfire... etc... I can take you to a noisy chain restaurant and a movie... but seriously have you seen the beautiful weather we have been having...
