Man. 40 years old. Zodiac sign: Sagittarius.
Looking for: woman. In age: 37-47
I try not to take myself too seriously and outside of work I’m a t-shirt and jeans kind of guy. I’m a runner (although I guess technically I’m not going fast enough to call it ‘running’...) I’ve been doing it regularly for over a year and love the way it makes me feel. I’m very much a DIY person around the house. Ever seen ‘The Money Pit’ with Tom Hanks? It’s been a little bit like that for the past few years. It’ll be great when it’s finished though ... [sigh]’d be most at home in an Irish Pub with live music. I’m a bit of a ‘beer snob’ though - and a coffee snob too (but I’I love to cook - I really enjoy discovering and attempting new recipes.’ll ever have in your life, an amazing ribeye on the grill, and I bet you'll love my chocolate chip cookies too.I love to read, and I’m fascinated by history, so those two things often go hand in hand. I read every day, even if it’s just a few pages before bed. I was raised Catholic but am not very religious in my daily life. But I am open to the idea of rekindling that with the right person.I love to travel, I like to try to take a trip at least once a year, somewhere I’ve never been. My interest in history often helps me choose where to travel. And as you can see I’ve got a dog. He’s super-energetic, outgoing, friendly, and loves to play. If we were a comedy duo, I would be the straight man and he would definitely be the comic. He’s certainly more than just a pet, so we are a package deal. And he has to like you too, but don’t worry too much about that - he (really really really) likes EVERYBODY. I can't count on him at all to be a judge of character! ;) He will be thrilled to meet you (he won't be the least bit shy), and you can expect to get that same level of passionate exuberance every time you're around him. So I'll tell you my ideal partner is really going to need to love dogs, because I can guarantee my dog is really going to love you.I know myself pretty well, and I’m an ISTJ personality. I'm a rational, responsible, organized person with a basically peaceful and quiet demeanor. If my life were made into a movie, I’ve been told that Tobey Maguire would be a great choice to play me. I don’t feel a need to be the center of attention. And if you go for the 'bad boy' thing, you won't get that with me. I think I keep myself in decent shape, I’m handy around the house and pretty good in the kitchen (all IMHO of course)!I'm looking for a woman with a kind heart who is both motivated and capable of giving as good as she gets. Someone who wants to share life and make memories together - starting out with things like trying a new restaurant (or sharing a favorite with each other), conversation over coffee, movies, theater, events, concerts, sports, hanging out at the house or out with friends - and grow closer and build a relationship from there. If we have some things in common and you value what I have to offer, then you should definitely say Hi and I hope to get to know you!

I'm looking for someone REAL. (Fakes not apply, please inquire inside!) You can't get to know someone through just a paragraph of words. You need time to build. Alot of conversation & spending time with someone to really get to see & hear what they're about (& then remember words are only words anyone can say anything to make themself look better) I'm looking for someone who's honest & real. I'll take brutal honesty over white lies any day. Be real or be out! If I was to use a Plenty of Fish analogy I'd say "You have to throw the line out there because it's very rare that a fish will just jump on shore or in a boat, if you don't put out the bait you might go home without a catch" You never know you just might find the perfect one for you but you have to Sink or swim don't just be content to float there. Just because I view your profile doesn't mean I'm a creeper or want you & just because I view your profile but don't message you doesn't mean I'm not interested! So you know when you just meet someone of the opposite sex & you want to get to know them better & you do the the whole q & a thing (questions & answers for those who don't know your initial lingual) well I think people should cut to the chase & *** telling the person good things about yourself trying to impress & make yourself look better why not tell them something bad about yourself tell them something that you think that might scare them away & if that person sticks around & wants to get to know you well then that person is worthy of getting to know as well & might be a keeper! Doesn't have to be a cliche 1st day like a movie or dinner we could do whatever be spontaneous
