You could easily find me walking, running or cycling along a footpath in Ash-down Forest. If I'm walking I might say hello to Mr Oak, Mrs Ash or Miss Hedgerow and even wave hi to the animals staring at me. This is how at home I feel in nature.I'm also a homely person who likes eating healthily. I have a varied diet, one day I could be a meat-eater and the next a vegan.
