Said person should be a confident female with her head at least halfway screwed on, able to put up with a little stubbornness (me), maintain some kind of moral code but able relax and color outside the lines occasionally, independent enough to deal with her significant other being away to work often, and ready to enjoy life with someone who is genuine and thoughtful with a stable future ahead... Cocktails? Coffee? Dinner? Stargazing? Snowball fight? I'm up for just about anything with the right company.
