I love the great outdoors. My best days include a walk, hike, or bike ride. Health is a priority. I cook most nights, and only eat real, whole foods. Soup is the Fall favorite. Medicinal herbs and plants are exciting. I hope to learn more about medicine making over the Winter. Although I live in a small town, I love and appreciate spending time in the City. On a whim I drive an hour for some good coffee, Dim Sum, and a good walk.
