.I am 31 years old and happy with where I am in life. I have a great career that constantly challenges me and I feel like when I do my job well, I make a difference in other peoples' lives. In my free time I am outdoors: climbing, trail running, road and mtn biking, playing with my ***dogs, canoeing, fishing, hiking/camping, or playing on the lake. My collection spans the genres from old school punk rock to bluegrass to classical. The only music I really don't like is pop country (twang pop) and modern R&B. I love art and play around with photography. I love sports, but I am not going to sit at home on a nice day to watch someone else play football when I can be outside doing something myself. ***, I'll check the highlights that evening so I can talk trash to rival teams' fans the next day.I have a great group of friends who are reliable and a LOT of fun. My friend group is pretty tight-knit with most coming from one of the outdoor sports communities in town.I love downtown and hanging out with friends, but love the country as well. I own my first home now, but in a few years I'd like to buy a small house on a big spread of land, have a few acres of pasture and woods. The first date is about getting to know one another. I like it casual and low pressure. I would want to meet up somewhere fun and relaxed and have a conversation. If there is a good connection...well, that leads to date #2.
