I’m a normal member of the human species with some imperfections, but with a strength of ten as well, I kid ye not! I strive to live fearlessly and not to merely see life in black-and-white. I see the many grey areas around us and try to make sense of this wonderfully weird, wacky world of ours. Interests include biographies, sharing and listening, reading and writing, challenges that *** spark, theatre (including football), art and galleries, recipe books, travel magazines, novels and movies, children, especially my two daughters and the vulnerable - the least, the last and the lost between us. I'm adaptable, honest, transparent, don't hold grudges and enjoy times in the rugged outdoors as much as I do the comforts of my haven. I'm keen on daring sporty challenges, animals, children and great music. And I'm not into fighting, *** do not have *** don't care if you do, but if you spend your entire day consumed in that negativity - we will not et along), sulking, cheating, clothing accounts, credit cards, clubbing, shopping malls or artificial nails. I love moments that offer beauty in art, people, nature, words and actions. Huge trees, fireplaces, the moon, stars, bonfires, thunder storms, butterflies, rural places and their people, long stretched-out roads and cross-word puzzles all fascinate me with their mystique and the many stories they carry. If only they could tell! I believe passion is probably one of the most important dimensions of the human composition – without that we are left without those dreams and aspirations that keep us going.It would be nice if you have a head with eyes and a mouth and ears attached to it. Throw in humor and the ability to change my tire - well not mine; the car's - and you're halfway there already... Honestly, someone normal; respectful, stable, transparent and consistent in thinking and behavior. Someone who has a curiosity about the world and a joyful passion for life, one who shows humor and integrity.

On Halloween, I dress up. Last year I was a treasure troll and the year before that I was Miss. Frizzle. If you actually dress up for costume parties and Halloween I will be impressed. Where other people have comfort food, I have comfort movies. Movies are the perfect pick me up after a bad day for me. The act of making food whether I am cooking, baking or barbecuing also helps me unwind. I love to try new recipes. My cook books are filled with alterations and notes for the next attempt. I am vegan, however I don’t expect you to be nor will I give you a speech about eating meat. I do however expect you to respect my life choices as I will respect yours. I will never be able to eat at the most chain restaurants, if you need these restaurants in your life on a regular basis we will not work. I love to eat, it is one of the joys in life that I need to be happy. My own laziness was irritating me so I have starting working out again. Feeling strong and healthy always makes me feel sexiest so I figure I should put some effort into achieving that lady sexiness. That said I am as comfortable in yoga pants and runners as I am in a dress and heels. Currently I am working towards becoming a physiotherapist although my bachelor's will be in Political Science. That said, I do work as I am trying to get out of undergrad debt free. What I am looking for is a man who is capable of being a gentleman but who also likes that I have a dirty mind. Sarcasm and I are great friends so ideally that is something that also tickles your funny bone. If you smoke I won’t date you sorry it's a firm deal breaker for me. You must be smart, if you can’t keep up with me, I will lose interest. Exercise should be something that you make time for. If you are lazy, I will eventually be too and I don’t want that. Believe it or not goals are sexy, a little ambition is good, it keeps you busy and hopefully happy. I expect that we should both hang out with the other person’s friends on a regular basis in addition to “couple time” and "me time".
