Hey there, fishies. I'm new to the meetville world and, frankly, writing a profile that doesn't read like a resume is tough. I'm a bit of a tomboy and nerd at heart. I grew up playing hockey and baseball and I still play both, albeit not as competitively as I once did. I am happiest when I am outside, in any capacity. I am not an 'extreme' outdoorswoman, but I do love snowboarding and biking and as a westcoast kid I have done my fair share of hiking, camping and kayaking. The more of that in my life, the better. My friends and family would describe me as: -quirky and sarcastic, with a dry sense of humour-unabashedly authentic: I have a hard time hiding what I am thinking/feeling. What you see is what you get.-thoughtful and intelligent. -fiercely loyal. There isn't much I wouldn't do for the people I love.Music tastes? I guess I'm stuck in a different generation, musically.     Hi There! I really enjoyed the summer life last year... And it finally looks like summer's back!One of my favourite things to do is getting to know the in's and out's of the city. I've become quite enchanted the various things to do and all of the great hang outs like the numerous bars and pubs around town. As for me on a personal level, I'm a pretty down to earth person with a goofy side to boot. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with my group of friends I've made in Saskatoon, reading, exploring town, cooking or baking, knitting and keeping up with my favourite TV shows. I love to go to the movies, especially to see some more recent releases as I didnt get to the theater much while in school. I've become a bit of a movie fanatic, as there have just been so many good films come out recently. But there are still lots of classics I have to catch up on! I'm fairly easy going in the music department, there are only a few genres that I'm really not a fan of, but I must say country is growing on me! As long as there's a good beat to dance to, I'm usually happy. I love to go dancing and have a few favourite Dj's in town, though I do miss a good club scene. I've learned how to two step this past fall (well kinda...) and am always up to go dancing. The best part is just acting ridiculous on the dance floor and not caring what people think! My degrees and work mostly revolve around the environment and I try to take various steps towards living an environmentally friendly lifestyle. Of course this isn't always possible, but every little bit helps. It's important to me that whoever I date also shares these values. I'm always up for grabbing a coffee or beer, so feel free to drop me a line. Cheers! I love the coffee shop culture in town, an am always up to trying a new place!
