Hey!I'm an active, positive and fun-loving person looking for someone to spend some time with, possibly a relationship, but more friends are always great too!I absolutely love my job, even when I get a call to work in the middle of the night. I get to change lives, how many get to say that! It kepts me on my toes and is never the samething. I must admit, I don't care for routine. I live my life as it comes and really don't sweat the small things.I would rather be outside. I love going outside in storms, running with my dog and every other sport I can get my hands on.So, I would very much like to hang out with somebody who likes to do at least some of these things, and who will expose me to new things too!! I try and have a very healthy lifestyle and I am basically looking for someone who highly values health and fitness in their life.Music? Ask. I'm a rocker girl at heart, though I have taste all over the board.I love good conversation, so the bar scene doesn't really do it for me...not saying I don't go out occasionally, but I'm more of a pub kinda girl. I'm a very social person, I can get along with almost anybody. Very close with my family. I figure you only get one family, so they are definitely very important to me, even if they don't live close by. I'd rather die poor, with a huge loving family around me and thousands of stories, than rich and alone. I mean, if I'm rich AND have a huge family etc. cool haha!     The first thing you need to know about me is I'm working towards my Bachelor’s in Social Work, which does mean some of my time is taken up by writing essays. Not a lot but some. I love youth, and that includes babies right to teens, which is why one day I hope to work as a counsellor in a school or hospital. The other thing this you need to know about me is I love to be active. When I was a kid/teen I would play hockey all winter and swim and hike all summer. I recently came to the understanding that I wasn't as active as I once was, and now I'm in the process of changing that. I've started going to the gym, I've discovered geocaching, and if I could get a regular partner I'd be wall climbing more and working towards rock climbing. I do love camping and just going for a drive. You should know I am a bit of geek. I love going to museums and learning about history, or science. I love hearing and learning about people and how they work or why they did something and even what they went through. I guess you could say not only do I love to learn but I love to experience things myself. It makes it easier to understand other.Lastly I do read a lot.
