I have been fishing for a long time. I have had to throw back a lot of catches. I have also been thrown back....you can't win every time. Just looking for my lucky break....and yes, it is hard for me to trust someone right away. If things are going too well, I question the sincerity of the individual. If things aren't going well, I question myself. Take note tho that this is only in the beginning...I completely understand that no one should be made to suffer for how someone else treated me in the past...it is something I am working to overcome and I WILL get there. :)Finding the one who perfectly compliments you should not have to be this hard. Yet I continue to search. There is someone out there for everyone, right? :PI am an imperfect person and I honestly believe that imperfect people can never know 100% what they want. That is the way the heart works...shrugs....but I can definately say what I am NOT looking for....Someone who does NOT like children. I have a seven year old son. He comes first. If someone clashes with him, then you gotta go.I do not want a sugardaddy....I do not want your money. I have my own house and car...i can purchase my own "things" and flashy objects mean squat to me. I do not want to be a fwb. I am not looking for an intimate encounter. That can come later. I actually am interested in substance....shocking! LoL...I actually want to get together with a like-minded, easy going guy and go out and have fun...see bands play, have a drink or two, grab a bite to eat, take a walk, take a drive, goof off, flirt....you know. That stuff.PS...I have tattoos. Quite a few. And will acquire more. Just sayin'....LoL...Dating can be a very discouraging game this day and age. Especially on sites like this one. There are thousands of men claiming to want a "real woman" and thousands of women who claim to want a "real man" and none of us can seem to come together. If you are just as frustrated as I am, message me :) NOT a movie. You can't talk and learn about one another in a theater. Otherwise....as far as gameplans...we will decide together.

    As a pretext that absolutely EVERY girl will say, "I'm totally different!" Ok, truth is, as far as I know, I'm pretty normal! So rather than fill you in on the rubbish I'm sure is filled on these pages, I'll let you in on the little things I like: 1. I am a huge country music fan! I like pretty much everything, but country is definitely my favorite with classic rock as a very close second! 2. I am a water junkie! I have a pool at home but there's something about the lake or a river that I just love more. Of course, the beach is great but we live in DFW so that limits those options for frequent visits. 3. I have absolutely no idea how to scuba dive but that looks/sounds like a blast.4. I am a die-hard college football fan! No, I'm not going to try to make you believe that I love every sport out there (I do follow the NFL, Soccer and Rangers baseball but really don't care at all about Basketball or Hockey). I also work for a National Sports organization so that helps.5. I genuinely do like tent camping and on a pretty regular basis in the summer (see #2 above). So maybe it's not as tough as it seems.6. I have kiddo at home that keeps me on my toes. I do have a good (functional) relationship with my ex so that helps.7. If you message me and I don't respond, please don't be offended. I figure there's a lot of people out there and not everyone is a good fit.8. I'm still wondering how "Do you have a car?" Is a real question here!
