About Me

I'm new the the DFW area and I'm really looking forward to meeting new people. First off let me tell you a bit about myself. I am secure and happy with my life but I'd really like to enjoy it with someone else. I like the great outdoor as much if not more than the city. I love camping, hiking, and sailing... But I also enjoy going to comedy clubs, theaters, and music events. I am a big believer in trying new things which has given me some southern value such as enjoying country music, NASCAR, and dancing (even though I am not very good as of yet)... But I am known to root for other teams when they aren't playing my beloved teams. Personal qualities: I'm honest, caring, and have a great sense of humor. My family is important to me and I try to talk to at least one or two members a day if I can (since they all live up north and out east).I'd really like to meet a guy that can make me laugh and enjoys the city and the country as much as I do.Oh and I am unlikely to be the person to start a conversation on here because I'm somewhat shy when first talking to someone...     Well, here it goes. I guess I'm back at the dating thing. I am currently separated and he has told me to date so there is no drama involved in that. I am in my last semester of college and getting ready to be a teacher. I will be teaching at the middle school level. I love what I do and I tend to put my students first. You need substance.-if you have a bunch of pictures of you in the gym I'm going to laugh. The gym is for working out, not a photoshoot. :)- "you're sexy" "but dam u thick" etc etc are probably not going to get me to respond. Oh, you know. The typical... long walk on the beach at sunset where we stare into each other's eyes longingly and we should pretty much fall in love by the end of the date. Or we could go for a drink and talk.
