Bottom line- I am looking for a best friend who I can later call my husband. I am not in a hurry to rush in to anything and want to make sure what we have is real. I know the "looking for a husband/marriage" I dont need a man. I do want a man but I will not be in a relationship just to not be alone. Since then I got out and am now a single mother of my infant son, Cedric. I work and go to school using my GI bill and have a car. I like taking adventures and trying new things as long as we are being safe. my "perfect match" would be a man from ***. Who loves god and will go to church on Sundays, has a great sense of humor to balance his strong character, a man who wants to be in a relationship and have fun; day in and out. Someone who wont leave if times get tough. (Additional plus would be if he is in the service or held an equally cool job ;) I do not really believe in the traditional first dates.     I'm a student working on my bachelors degree in human services. One day I hope to open my own homeless shelter and provide the services needed to successfully help homeless get on their feet. I work at Home Depot. I write, read, and love music. I listen to a very wide range of music. I can play the piano, though it has been a while so I'm kind of rusty. I am very outgoing. I rarely wear the nose ring though. My ear lobes are gauged as well. Body modifications are something that I love, even though I know they are not for everyone.I would like to get to know someone who is understanding, positive, and has a realistic outlook on life. I daydream at times, but I also know what is possible. I am a complete goofball, I laugh at my own jokes, even when no one else is. Life is about living it to the fullest, and I enjoy everyday that I have. I would just like to have someone to enjoy it with. I would like a date in a open area, like a sports bar. Not a pressuring setting. Movies are horrible for the first date because you don't get the opportunity to really talk and get to know one another. Maybe a walk around the pier or during the street fair.
