About Me

So I'm at that point in life where I've got things together and I'm just looking for someone to share life with. I see online dating as a way of being introduced to more people so I like to chat a bit and if there is a connection it just makes sense to meet and confirm it! It's all well and good to make new friends but ultimately looking for a committed relationship so if that's not in your plans or you're scared of commitment or you just want to hook up or whatever don't bother. I recently bought my dream dog...an Akita! She is a sweetheart and involved in a big chunk of my life. I am fortunate to have a decent work - play balance and some great family and friends to spend off time with. I run a charity that primarily helps women with unplanned pregnancies access the resources they need to have and nurture their babies. I also work with race horses as a hobby although I'm taking a break from working with them every week. Not looking for anything complicated just a quality, handsome guy to enjoy spending time with and build a relationship. I'm not interested in wasting anyone's time so I don't generally respond unless I am interested at some level.I'm looking for tall, good-natured, honest and reliable. I'm big into honest, upfront communication even if it's awkward or difficult. I want someone who is excited about life and will be excited about me in our relationship.
