I have a my BA in Psychology and am a NJ Certified K-6 Teacher. I am in the process of going back for my MA in Psychology specializing in Sports Performance Psychology. I want to meet the person that will go above and beyond to surprise me....like find out my school schedule and plan a nice little getaway vacation and only tell my parents/ friends where you're taking me, telling me only to pack my bags for a few days and pack for warmer weather. I like the stuff that doesn't have to cost a ton of money either, like a nice home cooked meal and a movie, or cuddling up by a fire and sleeping outside for the night. Maybe that is why I am still single, because I want all the stuff you see in the movies, but I don't really care. Someone out there wants a girl who is appreciative of all the small /big things they have done for them. And I am ..and so much more!

So...where to begin?? I guess first I should say I am not on this site looking for sex or anything sexual! I'm looking to find a man that isn't afraid of commitment and wants a real relationship. I am a very independent single female, I am not looking for a man because I "need" one...I am doing just fine without one! I have to admit though, I do get lonely and I do "want" a man in my life. I'm also not looking for a man to be "daddy" to my son. My son's father is in his life and he is a good father. Though if I did find someone who I wanted a relationship with, I would hope he would love my son like he would love his own child. Yes, I do feel like after a certain point in a relationship a man should take care of his woman and her children. Also, I am a mother first, my son comes before anything including myself!! I've met men who think I can quit my "job" as a mother and run to them as their lover whenever they want...that's not going to happen!! I will do for and be there for my man when I can! Ok! Got that out of the way...lol! So I guess I said all that to say...I want Mr. Right to come walking my way sometime soon! Let's get to know each other and see what happens!!
