I moved here, on a whim, about four years ago, looking for my next job opportunity, and I haven't looked back since! I do miss the East Coast air and everything that comes along with it, so I tend to head back once or twice a year.I am a pretty busy person, especially in the summer, but during my spare time I like to dragonboat, play softball, keep fit, dine out and spend time with my family away from family aka my friends. A few fun/random facts:- I'm perfectly bilingue, and have been since the day I was born (I think...);- My first language is French;- I have a slight obsession with the proper usage of your vs. you're;- I love gelato and Kraft Diner (no no, not mixed together haha);- I've traveled around North America and Europe, and want to expand my travels during the upcoming years;- I love gin;- I found my first gray hair when I was ***devastating moment);- Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day;- I love concerts;- I'm allergic to peanuts;- My favourite TV show is 'The Newsroom';- I love fall;- My favourite home cooked meal is lasagna;- I'm not a huge fan of movie watching;- I am very punctual;- I love wearing dresses in the summer;- I have no appendix!Happy fishing! :) Creative and out of the norm dates are always a bonus!     ..its been very interesting getting used to the south! I have a big family up north, they're a crazy mix but I like it that way...it made for an entertaining childhood. I love hanging out with my friends from work, but it would be nice to branch out a little bit which is what brought me here. I will never be able to get enough of the beach...who could? I read a lot, a very nerdy mix of books that I'll get into if you ask lol. I enjoy lots of different movies, I'm not picky. My favorites range anywhere from Braveheart to When Harry Met Sally. Now that I'm living away from home I'm learning how to cook...the result is sometimes delicious and sometimes...not. I'm a work in progress haha. I'm a sweet person, I laugh easily and often, I like to learn, and I like to stay busy. I'm not picky about first dates, anything laid back that lets us get to know each other a little. I have terrible hand-eye coordination, so stay away from mini golf unless you want to laugh at me the whole time. Either way, I love surprises.
