Yes the verdict is in and YES i am single...and YES i am looking!!Not to sure how to start this out but here it goes :)I have lived in the Calgary area all my life. Airdrie has been my prime location.I live my life in a very positive way negativity and negative people I really have no energy or space in my life for!! On the other hand I'm always the one that likes to help anyone that i can in any way. From helping an elderly lady/gentle man cross the street to a friend who has just had their heart broken. I consider myself a beautiful person, no im not full of myself, I believe beauty is not only our outer skin but also who we are in the inside. I'm also very free spirit, I have a big heart, I'm very spontaneous and full of life! I like to wake up early and enjoy each day to its fullest! I love to be outdoors and I love to try new things and new experiences! A smile is something always worth giving and receiving, i believe a smile can make even the darkest days the brightest of days, and at the same time you never know who may be falling in love with your smile :) I am not one whom holds grudges. I believe mistakes are made so a lesson can be taught. I also wear my heart on my sleeve. I give out what i believe i should get back (yes i have in the past hurt others and i regret it and wish i could taken them back but i cant). My family is my world!! I am very close with my family and make sure i spend as much time with them as i can.     Hey I’m Dawn .. I’m witty, smartass’ish, happy, chill, no baggage, ***friendly (not down with anything else), reliable, inappropriate (at times) and very appropriate at others. I’m the type of person that you can tell all your politically incorrect, racist and blasphemous jokes too and I will appreciate them, I’m also the type of person that parents and authority figures in general love (some might accuse me of being a brown noser, but so far it's worked well for me). Things I don’t like: pudding, jealousy, liars, people who are late, messes, negativity, fighting, people who can’t drive, dusting, rude people, setting up tarps, rain when I’m camping, and scratched cd'sSome of my not so great traits: I am a Virgo and while this is great for organization and loyalty I can also be very critical of myself and others, I fall asleep during movies, I have a hard time getting sooper close to people, I strive for perfection and get a little flustered when I don't achieve my goals or if I don't understand how things work, I have Low tolerance for people who play the victim and wish I could be more empathetic but I just have a hard time putting myself in the shoes of someone who makes poor decisions. ..and finally I prefer football over hockey ;) I am looking for a man’s man. Handy with tools and machines (cars, computers, anything that will break) out doorsy, beer drinking, truck driving kinda guy. (These aren’t specific requirements but you get the idea). I’m looking for someone that has his life put together, or is on a path to that goal. I’ve had a lot of awesome male influences in my life so I am looking for someone to be proud to introduce to my family.Things I’m not interested in are people who are unsure of themselves, people who need saving, hopeless romantics (I’m really not that romantic), gingers (we all know they have no soul), short people (I’m tall – I don’t want to feel ginormous), and people who are looking for someone to fulfill a mothering role in their life. ~go fish!
