I love hiking and camping, rollerblading, canoeing, and tubing in the summer, and I'm always looking for someone to snowboard with in the winter. I bought a new board at the end of last season, and it's waiting patiently to be ridden. I went back to school just last year for Computer Aided Design and Drafting and I currently work in architectural design.In May I travelled to Fiji to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity... it was one of the best experiences of my life so far. After Fiji I went backpacking in Thailand, and I can't wait to plan my next trip. (seriously, I want to go now!) I prefer backpacking and hostels over suitcases and resorts. But there is definitely a time and place for those things too. I'm super easy going, and I'm usually up for anything, anytime!I love music... any music....... and SO much more!TV shows I watch: The Walking Dead, Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Survivor (and some girly stuff that I don't really need to mention!)Pet peeves and annoyances:- "Your" vs "You're"... Get it right guys!!! it's not difficult. - Shirtless mirror selfies... Natural, candid shots at the lake or camping are much better!- Mirror selfies in general... really? you don't have ANY pictures of yourself that are not in front of the mirror?- Posers, thugs, chainzzz... etc...I'm not looking for anything too serious at the moment, but it would be nice to find someone to hang out with... go for a hike or snowboarding... any one?

Thanks for reading my profile.I’m a ***I grew up in Sweden, but I moved to BC after high school to snowboard and (after checking out Australia and New Zealand for a year just to be sure) decided this is where I belong. I love sports and outdoor activities of any kind, but especially if they take place on a mountain or on the water.I’The three qualities I value most in the people around me are sincerity, integrity and a sense of humour.Something almost nobody knows about me: I’m actually kind of lazy. I know it doesn’t sound like it on paper, but it’s true - All my activities are either gravity, wind or motor powered. Except for soccer I guess - but that’s just because I’m too busy chasing the ball to notice that I’m getting exercise. Alright so its gonna go down like this... I'm an extremely sarcastic girl, I laugh at myself and I will most likely laugh at you. I can hold my own and a little banter is always fun for me.I have an amazing set of friends whom I've grown up with. They are fun. You will like them. I also spend a lot of time with my family.Im pretty good at beer pong but I'm better when I'm drunk.Oh- I should probably own up to this, I'm a poker player. Not just any old hobby for me, I play a lot, and spend quite a lot of time in the casino.I'm currently a student studying to become a counsellor. I love this field, and I can't wait to be finished so I can go out there and save the world lol.I'm not by any means shy, I have been told by many people that I'm the "funniest person they know" I'm very independent and I expect the same. I've got my own place, my own car, a good job, and a solid head on my shoulders.I don't expect you to open doors for me, or pay for my dinner..in fact, I think it'd be weird if you did. Extreme gentalman and neediness are a big turn off for me. That's just being honest. The more I feel like someone is trying to impress me, the faster I run in the other direction.. So it's probably in your best interest to just treat me like garbage..lol I could talk about music, bands, and concerts for hours..so bring it :) I have a great appreciation for all types of music and I'm always in search of amazing bands..you're gonna wanna hook that iPod upto my comp FO sho.Anyways, theres my life story crammed into a little meetville "about me" section...fml I'm pretty open. I guess it depends on the person..It's nice to get to know one another through msgs for a bit before committing to a date..less pressure that way!Something with an easy escape...
