Hi there and thanks for stopping by! My friends describe me as 'fiery, intelligent, tiny, mysterious, and witty' (I edited out the bad adjectives, but I'll tell you what they are if you ask...)I'm in a wonderful place in my life - great friends, financially secure, happy, and professionally successful. I'm a really passionate person, whether it be in my job, my relationships, or my adventures. I love to travel. Between work and school, I keep pretty busy; however, I always make time for the things and people who are most important to me.I love doing yoga and spending time outdoors. Good food and fabulous wine make me a happy girl. Other hobbies include cooking, learning new things, and snuggling. I'm a bit of a pop culture junkie. Well-being is really important to me; I like to think I take great care of myself (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually). I'm a bit of a rebel: for example, if something says "do not put in the dishwasher", I probably will anyways. I have some pretty cool special abilities, including folding fitted sheets and making up new words. I like people who are well spoken and intelligent. I'm very straight forward and hate games - such a turn-off. I know myself really well, and know that I can be a bit awkward and klutzy. Something laid back - a walk, glass of wine, or a tea.

Maybe I'm not the classic girl you're looking for. But unlike a lot of what you find I'm not just a shallow puddle. If I talk to you I'm probably actually interested in getting to know you. I love camping and fishing and getting out in the mud, I'm really not afraid of dirt, although with at toddler it's kind of hard to be. I am terrified of driving very fast but that is a story you could ask me about. I need to be in control when it comes to cars. As long as I have a baby sitter I'm willing to try something new. I think it's funny that before you even read my profile you will look through my pictures to see if I'm "right". Don't worry, I do it too. From my experience here I noticed that most guys will chat a few times then screw off so my question is what does a girl have to do to get some attention? I'm sorry I don't have any boobie pics but I have a kid. I've been in the Okanagan since I was 7. But After high school I moved around a lot. I really like independent movies like Hesher and Daydream Nation. I love scary movies but I need someone to watch them with. I'm very interested in religion and spirituality. I find the farther East you go, the more realistic religious ideals become (to a point). I want to travel one day, see Europe and Asian and parts of Africa. I really don't like doing these things because I find I run out of things to say very quickly. On a first date, I would like to do something where we can actually talk. We could take a drive or get a coffee, you could show me your favourite hang out or we could even just go for a walk. But I want to actually get to know you on the first date. I want to hear about that person at work who drives you crazy or how you like your steak or do you even eat steak.

I decided that ***would be the year I would devote to discovering and improving myself. What I have I discovered so far? Not much! All jokes aside, I am an introverted (not a bad thing, folks!) highly sensitive person. So what does that mean about me? My greatest asset is my compassion and I love nothing more then spending quiet time at home. I love getting lost in a movie, bad apocalyptic films are my favourite- (I'm looking at you ***and The Core). And don't get me started on how much I love the LOTR franchise (I could probably talk your ear off about it for hours!!!). I'm actually planning a trip to New Zealand in ***. Excited doesn't even begin to express my feelings. I LOVE to laugh! I work in customer service, so after a long day of dealing with rude people, the best way for me to de-stress is to giggle. Nothing in life means more to me than my dog. He's the best thing to happen to me in quite a while, so if you are not dog friendly, I'm afraid we wont get along! Something low key and casual!
