A sense of humor is huge for me. I've come to realize that spending time with someone that can make me laugh is key. You can't take things (or life for that matter) too seriously. My work keeps me fairly busy but I'm working on that whole work/life balance thing. (Yeah, yeah. I'll get to it.)
